How we use information
We use it to manage enquiries, recommend training groups, communicate academy updates and protect player welfare. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and rights
We retain information only as reasonably necessary. You may request access, correction, deletion or consent withdrawal below or via contact.dominionfootballacademy@gmail.com.
Children’s data and media
Applications for minors must be submitted by a parent or guardian. Medical information receives additional protection. Photography and video require guardian consent that can later be withdrawn.
